I am seeking a reliable and responsible individual or company to assist with the maintenance of my vacation home in Montefegatesi, located in the Bagni di Lucca area. This is a 2-bedroom house, 105 sqm.

The responsibilities include:

- Cleaning the house after the departure of guests
- Washing and ironing bed linens and towels
- Preparing the house for new guests (general cleaning and tidying up)

Availability will be on demand, based on guest bookings, with one cleaning per month during the low season.
