I am seeking a house cleaner for a seasonal deep clean of my 50 m² one-bedroom apartment in San Donato Milanese. The preferred timeframe for this work is between 19 October and 01 November, with an option to extend until 08 November if necessary.

The main tasks, in order of priority, include:
1. Cleaning all three windows, including the glass inside and outside, insect screens, metal bars, outer wooden shutters, frames, and tracks.
2. Cleaning the kitchen, which involves the extractor hood and replacing its filter; cleaning cupboards inside and outside, removing grease from corners, and cleaning inside the microwave.
3. Addressing mould on the bedroom wall near a window and some spots on the bathroom ceiling if this is part of your service.
4. Detailed dust removal, especially inside three radiators, from bookshelves, cupboard tops, and suitable wall surfaces.
5. Cleaning the floors, skirting boards, and doors.

Attention to detail is crucial, particularly in reaching corners and hard-to-reach areas. Ideally, I would prefer the work to be completed in one visit; however, multiple visits can be arranged if needed. Please provide a suggested plan and estimated total hours required for the tasks.

I have general cleaning products, a kitchen degreaser, cloths, mops, vacuum cleaners, a ladder, and the replacement hood filter. However, I do not have a product for mould, and your own window-cleaning tools would be required. Let me know if any additional products or tools are necessary.

I will be working on my computer in the living room during the cleaning hours, and normal cleaning noise is acceptable. I would like to keep casual conversations to breaks to maintain my focus, and we can agree on a suitable time for cleaning around my desk.
