Looking for a housekeeper / property caretaker

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person who can occasionally stop by our holiday home in Terricciola to make sure everything is in order. The house is used seasonally, so visits are needed mostly when we are away.

Tasks may include:
-Checking the property (windows, doors, humidity, gas boiler, etc.)
-Light cleaning when needed
-Ventilating the house
-Reporting any issues (photos/videos)
-Coordinating with local services if small problems arise

Optional: preparing the house before guest arrivals

Requirements:
-Based in or near Terricciola
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and honest
-Able to communicate basic information in English (or Italian if preferred)
-Experience with housekeeping or property care is a plus

Frequency:
Approximately 1–2 visits per month, flexible
Additional visits by agreement

Compensation:
To be discussed based on experience and time required.
