Looking for a nanny in Milan

Hi, we're an international family in milan area,looking for a caring nanny for our 3-year-old son.
We need someone full-time or part-time with flexible hours, starting as soon as possible.
Duties include daily childcare, playtime, meals, and park outings.
We're looking for: experience with young children, good references, fluent English, responsible and non-smoker nature.
Pay is €11–14 per hour (or monthly for full-time), depending on experience.
